Visiting Brazil requires a valid passport and Brazilian Visa.  A Brazilian Visa normally requires approximately 2 to 3 weeks to obtain.  However, you may apply online which is usually faster.  There are a large number of websites that offer guidance and the application process if you search "Brazilian Visa Application" or go to "http://boston.itamaraty.gov.br/en-us/" and follow the instructions. You can pick up your Visa in person at the Brazilian consulate in Boston and save time also.  Outside Boston area, go online to find the nearest Brazilian Consulate for contact information.  You must have an itinerary of round trip travel to Brazil, a valid passport with 6 month validity remaining, a passport size photo, payment and a completed application.  You must apply for a TOURIST VISA not a medical visa.

A 60% deposit is required to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance is due by October 2nd, 2017.  Cancellations are refundable if canceled before October 2nd, 2017.  Sorry, cancellations after that date are not refundable.
